Dotti David formed her own legal placement company in the San Francisco Bay Area where her hands-on expertise working with major law firms has given her a strong client base within the legal arena. Her law firm clients come to her when a newly hired attorney relocates to Las Vegas with real estate needs. She has developed a Relocation Program designed to specifically work with the new Resident. This transition process is very involved for the client and every effort is made to be available for assistance in all aspects of the move. This means productive time is spent previewing homes before her clients arrival; showing the selected homes and different areas of town during the visit; monitoring the real estate transaction through to closing to their taking possession of the new home - whether a high rise condominium home or residential. Ms. Davids goal is to inform and educate sellers and buyers on every aspect of their real estate transaction so they dont feel out of control. She makes her clients a part of what is happening at all times. This close attention to detail is the ingredient of her success as a real estate professional and real estate investor in high rise and residential sales.
Ms. David maintains memberships in the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International to keep current on the ever-changing demographics of our City.
